Introduction:
This Circuit Is Made With LM 386 IC And Some Capacitors. The IC LM386 Is Low Power Audio Amplifier And It Utilizes Low Power Supply Like Batteries In Electronic Circuits.
First of all, Fit the LM-358 IC on the Center of the DOT Board and Solder it. Then Solder the 10uF/25V Capacitor Between 1st and 8th Pin of the IC. Then Connect the Audio input Socket on Serially Connected with 10K Resistor and 10μF Capacitor's +ve. Then Connect the -ve of the Capacitor to the 2nd Pin of the Volume Control and Then Connect the 3rd Pin of the Volume Control to the 3rd Pin of the LM 386 IC. Lastly Connect the Control's 1st Pin and Audio input's Ground to the -ve of the Power Supply or Ground. Then Connect the +ve of the Power Supply to the 6th Pin of the IC and Connect the -ve of the Power Supply to the 4th Pin of the IC. Then Connect the 1nF Ceramic Disc Capacitor Between 2nd Pin and Ground (-ve) of the Power Supply. Then Solder the 10μF Capacitor's +ve to the 7th Pin of the IC and Connect the Capacitor's Ground to Power Supply's Ground. Connect the Output Speaker Between 47μF Capacitor's +ve and Ground. Connect this 47μF Capacitor's +ve to the 5th Pin of the IC. Then Connect 10Ω Resistor's 1st Pin to the 5th Pin of the IC and 2nd Pin of the Resistor to the 47nF Capacitor 1st Pin and Connect the Capacitor's 2nd Pin to the Ground. Thus the Circuit was Fulfilled.
Working:
This Project Is Made With LM386 IC. This Project Is Done According To The Circuit Below. The Circuit Is Using LM386 Amplifier IC, Maximum Gain Of The Circuit. I Will Use The 47µf Capacitor. If You Will Use 220 µf Capacitor, You Will Get Maximum Output Of The Speaker. This LM386 IC Amplifier Will Work On 6 Volt To 12 Volt DC Power Supply.
