Polarity Tester Circuit

Introduction:

This Project Name is “Polarity Tester”. In this Project, we have Use Only with the Diode and LED. This Project Doesn’t Require any Transistor and IC’s. So, this Project is Very Cheap and Qualified. This Project is Very Useful for the Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Mechanics. This Project Cost less than the bought Company Product.

Connection:

In this Circuit, We Have Used 4 pieces of 1N4007 Diode. This Diode Allows the Forward Current & Voltage only. Circuit’s Battery Power Doesn’t Flow to the Charger Side. 2 LEDs +ve is Serially Connected with the 1KΩ ½ watt Resistor and 1N4007 Diode’s Cathode. Then Two LEDs -ve is Commonly Connected. On another Side, another 2x1N4007 Diode’s Anode was Commonly Connected and this Pin is Connected to the LED’s -ve Common Pin. 1st LED Diode’s Anode is Connected to the -ve Common LED 1st Diode’s Cathode. Thus the Joint was Named “A”. 2nd LED Diode’s Anode is Connected to the -ve Common LED 2nd Diode’s Cathode. Thus, the Joint was Named “B”. The “A” and “B” were the Input Terminals.

Note:

Check Diode with Multimeter or any Other Continuity Tester, Before You Use. Please Check Diode’s Placement Correctly, When Make the Circuit Board.

Circuit Diagram:

Working:

The Finished Circuit Board is Taken and Check that with a Battery or Any Other Power Supply. When the Probe-A is Given to the Battery’s +ve and Probe-B is Given to the Battery’s -ve, the +ve Volt Flowing through the D1 and -ve is Flowing on the D3 through the Probe-B. +ve Volt doesn’t Flow through the D2. This is the Correct Circuit Connection, So the Green LED was Glowing. When we interchanged the Probes, Thus the Red LED was Glowing. Thus, the Circuit is Working.

Part List:

1)  1N4007 Diode =4

2)  Red Colour LED =1

3)  Green Colour LED =1

4)  1KΩ ½ watt Resistor =2

5)  DOT/Zero Board =1

Uses of this Circuit:

This is Most Useful and Helpful for the Two-wheeler Mechanics and Car Mechanics.
